Single wall system
Description of the system
The single wall flue system is used for the reduction in cross-sectional area of chimneys for the adjustment on modern oil-, gas or solid fuel furnaces. Product characteristics
The system consists of polished wall pipes and shapes of stainless steel. It is stabilized with titanium and resistant against intercrystalline corrosion.
The thin-walled pipes guarantee a faster transport of the exhaust gases due to its fast heating and thus the condensate formation, is largely rejected.
The cooling losses of the heat generator are minimized by cutting off the furnace due to the fast cool down of the material. This means a saving of the solid fuel and thus a useful contribution for the environment protection.
Double wall system
The double wall flue system fabricated from high quality stainless steel and mineral heat- insulation. Product characteristics
The quality of the material used for the inner tube guarantees a extremely long duration of life.
The heat- insulation intermediate (Thickness 25; 32.5 and 50 mm) is high temperature resistant and has been tested in a burn-out attempt with a temperature of 1000 degrees.
- Corrosion resistant due to its high stainless steel
- Safety against buckling/Resistant to buckling
- Fast and simple erection resulting in reduced
- Suitable for all common types of combustion
(Oil, Gas and Solid Fuels)
- In many fields of application the double wall flues are
the most economic solution for chimneys and
adjacent pipe work.
